Our work is rooted in three guiding frameworks that shape every program, partnership, and invitation we extend.

Frameworks

Nature as Our Guide

Our seasonal approach is inspired by Traditional Ecological Knowledge (TEK), honoring nature as our guide and model. Each season corresponds to a cycle of reflection, growth, or action — and inspires a theme that drives our programming. This rhythm helps ensure our offerings are timely, relevant, and regenerative by design.

Social Ecological Theory of Change

We design layered interventions that align with the multiple levels of influence on health and climate — from personal choices to community design to public policy. We believe that every individual has a unique role to play in this ecosystem of change. Whether through research, caregiving, farming, art, or advocacy — each contribution is essential to shifting culture and systems.

Collective Liberation Frameworks

We are part of a broader movement to dismantle systemic oppression and cultivate equity. Our work draws from collective liberation practices that center shared power, mutual aid, and radical inclusion. We elevate the leadership of historically marginalized communities and strive to co-create regenerative food systems that work for everyone.
