Build a Strong Understanding of the Food & Climate Connection to leverage your unique abilities to mitigate the climate crisis and nourish human health
The Food & Climate Foundations course is an introductory primer for food and nutrition professionals who want to elevate their understanding of the food, health, and climate nexus, and identify opportunities to engage politically and personally. Each module is 60 minutes in length, with 15 minutes for live Q/A (i.e. 45 minutes for presenting material). Each module is accompanied with educational resources and optional assignments that encourage application of the learning objectives. Modules are recorded, sent to all attendees from the live event, and available for evergreen purchase on the PHC website.
