About the Author
Kaylee Marmion is a graduate student and dietetic intern at the University of Kansas Medical Center. She is passionate about supporting community health through the power of culinary medicine. Kaylee's interest in creating a more sustainable food system comes from her belief in stewardship over creation. Over the past few years she has worked in grocery stores, food service, and studied nutrition which has allowed me to interact with the food systems from different angles. She is excited to share her knowledge with consumers and practitioners to support health changes that impact people and the planet.
